Rimagine is a Shanghai-based full-service photography company with a specialty in commercial and industrial photography. We focus on working with product marketers, mass retailers and industrial companies.
We manage every aspect of a project for you, which could either be a simple half-day photo shoot in our studio, or a complex on-location catalog production job including location scouting, concept creation, layout, set building and model casting work.
We work out of our own 10,000 sft studio, which offers us excellent working conditions. All talents work under the same roof, enabling us to work very efficiently for our clients. We focus on working with marketing-driven small-to-medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and multinationals.

Our Story
It all started in a small apartment in Shanghai on a hot summer day of 2004 when we, that's Lorenz, John Ray and Christoph were sitting around talking about the fact that there are 1,000s of companies buying and sourcing products in China - The Factory Of The World, but most of those companies would still send the purchased merchandise overseas to get them photographed over there.
We thought that it actually takes a lot of time and money to send products overseas to get those photographed over there. We researched the market back then, and as we couldn't find any proper solution to our problem, we decided to go out and offer a service which would enable international businesses to get the same level of photography in China as in their home countries.
