About The Client
Dietrich is a European-owned and Hong Kong-based company, producing and sourcing various DIY and automotive- related products in China. The company mainly sells to the French and German retail and wholesale market.

  
 
 
Problem
For the launch of a new product line, Dietrich didn’t know how to design and produce the packaging within a short period of time. As it was the first time the company needed a packaging layout, including photography, bar codes, translations, and so on, Dietrich didn’t know where to turn for help with their various requirements.
 
 
 
Solution
Rimagine was the sole service provider of this project and helped Dietrich with every single aspect, such as photography, retouching, bar code creation, translation and general consultation.
Firstly, Rimagine helped Dietrich in creating a new logo by liaising with a professional sub-contractor who specializes in logo design. Secondly, once the logo was finished, the artwork department of Rimagine designed several options for Dietrich to choose from.

After the general design was confirmed, Rimagine photographed the products in its Shanghai photo studio and retouched all the images according to the art directors requirements.
After 5 days, the final printed proof and the 8 packaging layouts were approved by the client - and the various suppliers started printing with the provided artworks.
