How does it work?
Generally, there are two scenarios: A) a brochure guideline exists or B) a brochure guideline does not exist yet (or you like to get a completely new brochure look and feel). Either way, we can help you with both scenarios. We can either create a brochure from scratch or adapt to your existing guideline. What you need to provide is the following:
- Logo (best in vector format such as .eps)
- Text (approved by top management, best in .doc)
- Photos (hi-Res in tiff)
Alternatively, you can certainly use our photography service and let our professional commercial photographers create custom photographs for you, either in our photo studio in Shanghai, or anywhere on-location.

How long does it take?
To create a company brochure typically takes about 2-3 weeks whereby a close communication between you and our producer and graphic designers are required. Printing generally needs 7-10 working days, which should not be reduced by any means due to quality considerations. We have qualified printers to work with but can also work with any of your appointed printing companies.

How much does it cost?
We like to say 'there are different things you can do with different budgets' - for example, if you have a smaller budget, we can reduce the paper weight, simplify the page layout or take an existing brochure guideline as a 'master' to adapt. To make it easier for you, you can ask yourself following two questions:
1) How valueable is the planned brochure ?
2) How much do you for sure not what to spend?
The answers will give you already a basic orientation what range your budget is in. We always recommend that you communicate this 'budget' to your preferred design studio so that they can get back to you and let you know what they can do with it.
