Location Scouting.
Do you need a special location for your shooting? Or perhaps you have an firstinitial idea for a location but you don't know where you can find such a locationit? Just talk to our producer and we can organize a location scout for you. For example, we have found the following locations for our clients before:
- a modern American-style villa
- a high-class penthouse, including a roof-top terrace
- a simple 'Western-looking' garage
- an old colonial-style mansion
- a beautiful park scenery
Model Castings.
We manage every aspect of a model casting. First, you let us know what you are looking for in regards to gender, heigthheight, weigthweight, Caucasian or Asian or Colouredskin tones and ethnicity, age, budget, etc. Than, We will then we coordinate a first email casting with our accossiated associated model agencies, who whill provide the comp cards of models matching your requirements.. At this point Yyou can choose the models you like, who are thean invited to the actual casting for the shoot.
Fitting Sessions.
We regularely organize fitting sessions prior to shootings to make ensure that the chosen selected model perfectly fits into the chosen clothes. This is in particular important importance for fashion shootings where the clothers are the critical element of the shootingphotographic outcome. Ideally, someone from thea client representativeas well as , the wardrobe stylist and photographer are present during theis fitting.
Set Design & Building.
We can arrange and manage every facett of set design and set building including prop hunting. Our exeperienced stylists know where to get what any kind of product prop to liven up a set - either by purchasing or renting it. For most products,It is easy to get most props for a rental fee, usually 10% to 30% rental fee (of the purchase value) is due. Moreover, it is Ooften required to leave aalso a hefty deposit, especially for electronic consumer products such as mobile phones or laptops.

Property and Model Releases.
Our producers know the do's and don'ts of property and model releases. When you photograph Everytime for example a model, for example, gets photographed, it is absolutely critical to get the model tohis/her consent sign a modelby making them sign a model release form - otherwise, if you do not have the consent of the model’s permission to use the images you took, the modelhe/she can stop you from using their image advertising in the public with him or herfor advertising purposes. The same applies for properties ! In this case, you should always get a property release form signed, especially when dealing with eye-catching and famous locations such as hotels, museums, and so on.
Permit and Customs Handling.
We are experienced in getting and managing all kinds of specific special permits associated with photographypermits such as shooting permissions for example for areas such asgaining access and the permission to photograph airports, harboursharbors, shipyards, and so on. We regularelyregularly arrange to get invitation letters from companies in other countries to smoothen the custom's declaration and visa process.
